Who are you glorifying?

  1. I also wanted to share this copy of my comment to the writer of the above post, and to ask what are your thoughts/challenges in this area too?

Yes, being a light in the world of social media is a must. Some of my friends have accounts while others choose not to join. I personally choose to use as many different social media platforms as I can to share the Word and the love of my Father in some way, but it’s true that keeping balance can become a challenge if we aren’t watchful. Our pastor and his wife set the example of taking at least one day every week from all social media, and I am trying to follow suit. One challenge to this issue is managing to respond back to comments in my group or blog in a reasonable time when sending out an automated post. I wouldn’t want to cause offense because someone thinks I was intentionally ignoring them for several days, but maybe I am overthinking in that area. I will continue to pray about this too. Reblogging!! 😊
